Valentine’s Day is a well loved holiday, and a nice present is the perfect way to show your appreciation to those special people in your life. But, from traditional romantic gestures to unique and customized surprises, the list of gifts goes on and on, and it can be quite overwhelming! Let’s discover some popular teen presents to give to your valentine this year.

We chose a list of presents that are currently trending, according to Teen Vogue, and we asked ICSA students about their favorite ones. The results are interesting and might be able to help you while you are at the store shopping.

Headphones

In 5th place comes… headphones, a fun and stylish way to listen to music anywhere you go.

“If I got headphones, I would be really happy and I would use them every day,” says 10th grader Simon Sugden.

Receiving his new headphones made his day extra special!

Flowers

The fourth-ranked gift are flowers. As the classic romantic gesture, this gift seems to be appreciated by many of our students. Luckily, there are flower stands around the city, so a quick stop home after school is easy.

Stuffed Animals

The 3rd best gift are stuffed animals, and the warm, fluffy plushies are a great gift for everyone, no matter the age.

“I think it’s cute since my Valentine loves stuffed animals and I think she’d love it very much,” says 10th grade Rayan Sebti.

Lydia is quite excited about her new stuffed animal.

Jewelry

As a runner-up, we have… jewelry. From dazzling necklaces and rings to colorful African bracelets, the variety of options are so wide that anyone can find a piece that they will fall in love with. Some may be more expensive then others, so you can even make one as a homemade gift. Remember, it is the thought that counts.

Chocolate

The most-loved Valentine’s Day gift by ICSA students are…chocolates. The hungry, food-loving students would choose the delicious brown sweets over another gift any day of the week.

Regardless of the gift you give your Valentine, sometimes the greatest one is quality time.
